I just had an amazing experience with this company! 3 Incredibly kind and professional men - John, Micah, and Ben Helped move my apartment from South Nashville to Hendersonville today. These guys were so great! They were careful and mindful about all of my furniture and they were prompt as well. I am so glad that I came across this company. I’ll definitely be using them again because I have things that I need to get out of a storage unit. Thank you guys so much for your help!! You were amazing

This is the moving company to use. Ben, Eli and Sampson were awesome. They were with us the majority of the afternoon, were friendly, professional, and efficient. Prior to that, Nate sent us an estimate super fast, and checked in on us throughout. This was my first time using a moving company and they set a pretty high standard.

One of the best moving companies I’ve ever had the pleasure to witness firsthand. My best friend was moving out of my house to a new apartment. Ryan and Ben had him loaded super fast and so efficiently, that I was blown away.The unloading process was even faster. They paid special attention to detail when moving each item, and you could see the genuine care they both had for the job. I would put them up against any other moving business any day of the week. 10/10 will recommend them to anyone that needs any type of help moving.

Can't recommend these guys enough! We were dealing with a very sensitive situation moving my mother's things after she passed, and they did everything in their power to make the experience go as smoothly as possible. From the first phone call to the very end, everyone I encountered was professional and extremely kind. The movers were quick and efficient, and took great care to ensure all items were transported safely. They were also careful not to cause any damage to the home, even when dealing with large pieces or awkward angles. They will absolutely be my first call the next time I need movers!

We just completed our third move in less than 5 weeks (yes, there's a story but it's not important to this review). We were unfamiliar with this company, but something just told me to take a chance on them. I am SO HAPPY I did! They did NOT disappoint! For our first move, we had John, Cam and Marquis (forgive me if I misspelled a name!) who were the consummate professionals. They took great care with all of our belongings and were very efficient in the process (which saved $). For that reason, we requested the same team for our second move. Marquis couldn't make it, so we had John, Cam and Ben. Again, the same experience - great care taken and great efficiency. For our third (and thankfully) final move, we had John and Cam (it was a smaller move - no need for a third man). Again, we could not have asked for better service - the guys are so pleasant (just a joy to be around, really) while working hard to take care of things and get the job done in a timely fashion. I have moved MANY times in my adult life and worked with numerous moving companies. I have never been more impressed with anyone than I was with Move It or Lose It. From the initial contact - through the booking process - through the move, everything was top-notch. Moving is always hard, and these folks definitely go the extra mile to take the edge off of what is naturally a stressful situation. With the last move, John and Cam even stepped in to help my mother make decisions when she was struggling with where to place furniture. And they nailed it! We were so thankful for their help. Finally, one other thing that stood out to me was the care they took when putting beds together or securing a mirror to a dresser. In the past, I've seen mover after mover after mover just rush through, leaving the furniture feeling less than stable. But not these guys! They took their time and did the job so well that it really stood out to me. I rarely write reviews (just one of my quirks - I don't enjoy it), but it is a pleasure to be able to recommend Move It or Lose It (and specially these individuals) so highly. I cannot imagine that anyone would be disappointed with their services. THANK YOU, GUYS!!

Nate and his team were wonderful! Nate was able to schedule me to coincide with my contract ending at my apartment. This alone was significant and very important as it synced up with my move - in dates at my house. This also gave me the time needed to get the apartment cleaned prior to the end of the contract.His team was great. Very conscious of how the handled my belongings. Not one thing was scratched, dented or broken. They were also very professional in how they conducted themselves and didn’t slow down. They completed the loading, unloading and driving in what seemed like warp speed.All in all, I would hire Move It or Lose It again with no hesitation. Kudos to Nate and his team for a great job!!!MEA

What an amazing and seamless moving experience with Move It or Lose It moving company! From the very beginning, my mind was at ease knowing that everything was being handled with care, and the communication from start to finish was excellent! I can’t thank this company enough for making what is typically an extremely stressful day to a quick, smooth, and actually FUN experience! John, Tyler, and Nate were so friendly, they arrived ON TIME, and they ensured that no damages were done to my house or items. I was shocked with how well they wrapped all my furniture, packed all my kitchen items with care. and packed the moving truck so well. Once we arrived to the new house, they put runners on my floors to protect everything, and padded the door ways also! I was so impressed with how they took the extra time to prep the area and treated my home like their own. They came to me to ask exactly where I wanted all the furniture, what room the boxes needed to go, I never lifted a finger! I can be a very particular person, but they were just as detail oriented as I am and made sure everything was just right before they left. I can’t imagine going with a different moving company ever again— thank you so much for everything!
