We had Ben, Cam, Hosea, and Samson. They were troopers in the heat on the worst hot day. We are so thankful for the job they did and making our move so much more comfortable. They were very kind and open to our needs and patient with our last minute-ness of everything. And I do mean they had to have halos pretty much to have such good attitudes around all our clutter!! My 88 year old mother had to be relocated from Gallatin TN to Northern Ky. The team was fantastic. No damage to anything and the care that went into packing was tremendous. Sampson, Ben, and Hosea were on the final move and we cannot praise them and their help enough. All were courteous, and friendly and hard workers. They left our home clean and empty. The Move It Or Lose It guys did an excellent job of moving a new, fragile curio cabinet from our garage into our main bedroom. They took the extra time to carefully maneuver the cabinet up a flight of stairs and into the bedroom. They also took extra time to make sure we were happy with the placement in the room, and make sure it was in good condition before they left. Added bonus, all the guys were super friendly and professional. Definitely enjoyed working with this Company, and will use them again when the next time comes..

I highly recommend these movers. Taylor was amazing. I called after they were closed and Taylor texted me to let me know they were closed. The next day Taylor was super fast getting my move setup for the next day. The movers were super nice and friendly. They did a great job! I want to thank Taylor and the the two guys who moved us. I highly recommend Move It or Lose It. I hired them to help me move furniture and a bulky/heavy air hockey table to an upstairs playroom. It was a complicated space because the room configuration had a rail that made getting big items in and out of the room very difficult. Can’t recommend them enough! Best priced full-service movers! I was beyond stressed with a long distance move and only 2.5 weeks to pack a 3 BR house. I called literally every moving company, and was going to originally use U-pack. However, with the longer transit time, I needed more time to pack. My neighbor was actually using Move It or Lose It; so, I decided to give them a call on a whim. Thankful I did! Was able to secure the date, get a quote (which I was reassured wouldn’t go up on moving day like some companies do), and have everything loaded with no issues! Sawyer and Trey were so friendly, too! Those hired to help unload were awesome - they had all of our things unpacked and put together in 1.5 hours in a home with 3 levels. There’s no way we could’ve done that ourselves. Will definitely use them again for any future moves!

Our experience was excellent! Taylor came buy to walk the house to provide an estimate. He was very professional which gave me confidence that his team would be equally as professional. That was very true. We had estimated for a couple of trucks (26') and two days. After the first day we realized that we would need another truck and another day because of all the packing that I could not get done which required his team to make up the difference. "Not to worry" was all I heard. He adjusted to accommodate the change in plans and they successfully got us moved. Even with the change in plans Taylor was very reasonable with price. To me, their service was priceless! I am not as young as I used to me and require some young guys to help me with the heavy lifting. I will be using them in the future every time I need heavy things moved!

Perfection and first class service!!! I can’t thank Taylor and his team enough for their recent help moving things around in my home. I had several items that needed to be wrapped and placed in my garage for storage as well as large items moved from one floor to another. We had Ben, Cam, Hosea, and Samson. They were troopers in the heat on the worst hot day. We are so thankful for the job they did and making our move so much more comfortable. Move it or Lose It moved an extra massive 500-pound door up the stairs and around a tight turn. They also provided manpower to adjust it as the handyman installed it. Highly recommended! They succeeded where others failed.

My 88 year old mother had to be relocated from Gallatin TN to Northern Ky. The team was fantastic. No damage to anything and the care that went into packing was tremendous. The Move It Or Lose It guys did an excellent job of moving a new, fragile curio cabinet from our garage into our main bedroom. They took the extra time to carefully maneuver the cabinet up a flight of stairs and into the bedroom. They also took extra time to make sure we were happy with the placement in the room, and make sure it was in good condition before they left. Added bonus, all the guys were super friendly and professional. Definitely enjoyed working with this Company, and will use them again when the next time comes..

I highly recommend these movers. Taylor was amazing. I called after they were closed and Taylor texted me to let me know they were closed. The next day Taylor was super fast getting my move setup for the next day. The movers were super nice and friendly. They did a great job! I want to thank Taylor and the the two guys who moved us. Ok, let me start by saying they are unexpectedly exceptional. !!!!I messaged them with the stuff that I had and where I was going, and they sent me their quote. We were supposed to move on January 15th but the weather stopped everything. I highly recommend Move It or Lose It. I hired them to help me move furniture and a bulky/heavy air hockey table to an upstairs playroom. It was a complicated space because the room configuration had a rail that made getting big items in and out of the room very difficult. The guys were professional, creative, and persevered through what was a tough project. Very happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone.

Can’t recommend them enough! Best priced full-service movers! I was beyond stressed with a long distance move and only 2.5 weeks to pack a 3 BR house. I called literally every moving company, and was going to originally use U-pack. However, with the longer transit time, I needed more time to pack. My neighbor was actually using Move It or Lose It; so, I decided to give them a call on a whim. Thankful I did! Was able to secure the date, get a quote (which I was reassured wouldn’t go up on moving day like some companies do), and have everything loaded with no issues! Sawyer and Trey were so friendly, too! Those hired to help unload were awesome - they had all of our things unpacked and put together in 1.5 hours in a home with 3 levels. There’s no way we could’ve done that ourselves. Will definitely use them again for any future moves!

Our experience was excellent! Taylor came buy to walk the house to provide an estimate. He was very professional which gave me confidence that his team would be equally as professional. That was very true. We had estimated for a couple of trucks (26') and two days. After the first day we realized that we would need another truck and another day because of all the packing that I could not get done which required his team to make up the difference. "Not to worry" was all I heard. He adjusted to accommodate the change in plans and they successfully got us moved. Even with the change in plans Taylor was very reasonable with price. To me, their service was priceless! I am not as young as I used to me and require some young guys to help me with the heavy lifting. I will be using them in the future every time I need heavy things moved!

Perfection and first class service!!! I can’t thank Taylor and his team enough for their recent help moving things around in my home. I had several items that needed to be wrapped and placed in my garage for storage as well as large items moved from one floor to another. Taylor and Sawyer arrived on time and with big smiles and positive attitudes. I showed them everything that needed to be done and they got right to work completing everything efficiently and carefully. I wished that I had found them earlier because I have never experienced this amount of professionalism in the past when working with a moving company. Taylor and his crew did an amazing job helping us move. We had several changes leading up to the move and Taylor was very accommodating and understanding. They had great attitudes and took great care of our belongings. Definitely will be using them again for future moves!
