Excellent service, efficient and quick. There was an unfortunate incident during the move where a piece of furniture with glass has the glass broken. Without question they took it upon themselves to have it repaired.Highly recommended, I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Move It or Lose IT to anyone seeking professional help with moving or delivery of furnishings bought from a third party.I have used them on 2 occasions and have found the ownership ( Amalia) , the customer service ( Daniella) and their entire staff to be trustworthy, polite and very customer oriented.A companies values can be best illustrated with how they deal with imperfect situations. The issue I had was rectified to my complete satisfaction and showed their commitment to having admirable customer service and communication.Their pricing and quality can not be beatThe moving staff was on time, polite, courteous and clearly did what they could to do an exeptlary job.Again, I highly recommend them and their services should you be the market for the various professional ways they serve their customers with a smile.

I recently used Move It or Lose It for my move. The three movers were on time, polite, and hard working. They took care wrapping all of my furniture in protective padding. They quickly transported it to the destination. All of the items were in excellent condition. I will definitely use them in the future for any other moving needs. Thank you.

This company was phenomenal! Had a local move done and from the beginning the company was amazing. Talking with Nate was a pleasure and he was incredibly helpful through the process. The 3 guys that completed the actual move were beast! From start to finish they were professional, handled everything with care, and were quick. I can't recommend this company enough for moving!

We had Ben, Cam, Hosea, and Samson. They were troopers in the heat on the worst hot day. We are so thankful for the job they did and making our move so much more comfortable. They were very kind and open to our needs and patient with our last minute-ness of everything. And I do mean they had to have halos pretty much to have such good attitudes around all our clutter!! Thank you many times over to the crew, and we pray God blesses you all.

Move it or Lose It moved an extra massive 500-pound door up the stairs and around a tight turn. They also provided manpower to adjust it as the handyman installed it. Highly recommended! They succeeded where others failed.

My 88 year old mother had to be relocated from Gallatin TN to Northern Ky. The team was fantastic. No damage to anything and the care that went into packing was tremendous. Sampson, Ben, and Hosea were on the final move and we cannot praise them and their help enough. All were courteous, and friendly and hard workers. They left our home clean and empty. The Move It Or Lose It guys did an excellent job of moving a new, fragile curio cabinet from our garage into our main bedroom. They took the extra time to carefully maneuver the cabinet up a flight of stairs and into the bedroom. They also took extra time to make sure we were happy with the placement in the room, and make sure it was in good condition before they left. Added bonus, all the guys were super friendly and professional. Definitely enjoyed working with this Company, and will use them again when the next time comes..

I highly recommend these movers. Taylor was amazing. I called after they were closed and Taylor texted me to let me know they were closed. The next day Taylor was super fast getting my move setup for the next day. The movers were super nice and friendly. They did a great job! I want to thank Taylor and the the two guys who moved us. If you’re moving this should definitely be the company you use.It was another great move with Move It or Lose It. These guys do a great job and are always very friendly and polite. The two men (the brothers, I’mblanking on their names) that helped us were amazing! We will absolutely use this company for any future moving needs. Unbelievable experience! I have moved 5 times and this was by far the most professional company I have ever worked with. Everything arrived and nothing was broken or scratched. Ok, let me start by saying they are unexpectedly exceptional. !!!!I messaged them with the stuff that I had and where I was going, and they sent me their quote. We were supposed to move on January 15th but the weather stopped everything. But they are very reassuring and communicate with me until the day they can move me.Three great young men are quick, efficient, and took good care of my stuff! Move It or Lose It came recommended through my husband’s friend for our recent move and it could not have gone any smoother! My husband received several different quotes from various companies, and Taylor was the only person to ask him thorough questions to help us select what we needed for the move. We moved two days after Christmas which was a stressful time, but Taylor and his crew made it so incredibly easy for us! Not only was the pricing very reasonable, but they took exceptional care of our belongings and were very professional while still being personable. I highly recommend Move It or Lose It. I hired them to help me move furniture and a bulky/heavy air hockey table to an upstairs playroom. It was a complicated space because the room configuration had a rail that made getting big items in and out of the room very difficult. The guys were professional, creative, and persevered through what was a tough project. Very happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone.

They were quick to respond, provided a quotation that was reasonable, and put us on the calendar in a timely manner.. I called this company early on a Monday morning…. I had been trying to move 2 pieces of heavy furniture to different addresses for days! They came just after lunch and were so professional and helpful. I didn’t think I could get any help that quickly. They moved it all. Made it look easy!
